elitehst1 Probe (the “App,“ “we,“ “us,“ or “our“) is a software application used to connect to and interact with supported Meta/Facebook services and APIs for authorized analytics, content-management, testing, reporting, and related functionality.

This Privacy Policy explains what information elitehst1 Probe may access or process, how that information is used, how it is protected and retained, and how users may request deletion of their information.

1. Information We May Collect or Process

Depending on the permissions granted to elitehst1 Probe and the Meta/Facebook services being used, the App may process:

• Meta/Facebook user or account identifiers.
• Facebook Page identifiers and Page information.
• Profile or Page names and other information made available through authorized Meta APIs.
• Posts, post identifiers, captions, timestamps, permalinks, and other content information.
• Post or Page engagement and performance information, such as reach, impressions, reactions, comments, shares, and other analytics or insights made available by Meta.
• Information about Pages or other Meta assets the authenticated user is authorized to access.
• Access tokens and authorization information necessary to communicate with Meta APIs.
• Technical information necessary to operate, troubleshoot, secure, and maintain the App.

elitehst1 Probe does not request or collect a user's Facebook password. Authentication and authorization are handled through Meta's authorized systems. The exact information available to the App depends on the Meta permissions granted to it and the information Meta makes available through its APIs.

2. How We Use Information

Information accessed or processed by elitehst1 Probe may be used to authenticate authorized users; connect authorized Meta/Facebook accounts, Pages, or other assets; retrieve requested content; display, organize, analyze, or report social-media activity and performance; assist with authorized content-management or publishing functions; test and validate Meta API integrations; diagnose errors; improve reliability; maintain security; and prevent unauthorized access.

We do not use Meta Platform Data for purposes unrelated to the functionality provided by elitehst1 Probe.

3. Meta/Facebook Platform Data

elitehst1 Probe may access information through APIs and services provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. Access is subject to permissions granted by the user, permissions approved for the App, and Meta's applicable platform policies. The App only accesses Meta Platform Data necessary to provide its intended functionality.

Access tokens, user identifiers, Page identifiers, and other Meta Platform Data are treated as protected application information and are not intentionally disclosed publicly. Users may revoke the App's access through their applicable Facebook or Meta account settings.

4. Analytics and Technical Information

elitehst1 Probe may process limited technical information necessary to operate and improve the App, including application errors, API request status and diagnostic information, dates and times of application activity, browser or device information, IP address or similar connection information when automatically recorded by hosting or security infrastructure, and general usage or performance information.

Technical information is used for application operation, troubleshooting, security, performance monitoring, and improvement. We do not sell personal information or Meta Platform Data.

5. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

elitehst1 Probe may rely on Meta Platforms, Inc. for Facebook and Meta authentication, APIs, Page information, content, analytics, and related platform functionality, as well as web-hosting, database, cloud, security, analytics, or diagnostic providers necessary to operate and maintain the App.

Information is shared with service providers only as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, or improve the App, or when required by law. We do not sell Meta Platform Data or personal information to advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties. Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Data Retention

elitehst1 Probe retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App's functionality, maintain security, troubleshoot problems, comply with applicable legal obligations, or fulfill another legitimate purpose described in this Privacy Policy. Some information obtained through Meta APIs may be processed temporarily without being permanently stored.

Stored Meta Platform Data that is no longer necessary for the App's operation will be deleted or de-identified as appropriate. Access tokens and similar authorization information may expire, be revoked, or be deleted when no longer required.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information processed by elitehst1 Probe against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction. No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.

8. User Data Deletion Instructions

Users may request deletion of information associated with their use of elitehst1 Probe at any time.

After verifying the request where reasonably necessary, we will delete applicable user information and Meta Platform Data associated with the requesting user as soon as reasonably practicable, except information we are required to retain by applicable law. There is no fee for requesting deletion.

Users may also remove elitehst1 Probe's authorization through their Facebook or Meta account settings. Revoking authorization prevents the App from continuing to access information using that authorization. If previously obtained information remains stored, email privacy@adviceguy.net to request its deletion.

9. Children's Privacy

elitehst1 Probe is not directed toward children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the App. If we become aware that such information has been collected unintentionally, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as elitehst1 Probe changes, as platform requirements change, or as required by applicable law. The current version will remain available at this URL. The “Last Updated“ date above identifies the most recent revision.
